    About Early Access

    With 3.0 preorders around the corner. Exactly how does early access work? Is that for digital copies only or for certain editions? Does physical preorders count?

    As done for the launch of 2.0, you'll most likely get an early-access code that allows you to download the client and go online before your physical package arrive.

    Yes you will get a code that allows you access to the game on early access date - even with physical. My main gripe is that it tends to not last long enough for shipping. It happened to me for 2.0 so I was without game access for a few days. Hopefully that's sorted this time around somehow...
