    The only way to get the PC! physical CE when ARR launched was from ordering directly from SE so my guess is that is how it will go again.

    Incorrect the only way to get the PC CE edition when ARR launched was through the SE store, you could get the PS3 copy from many different retailers. Same when PS4 CE came out finally, could be obtain through other retailers other than SE's store.

    20$ extra for a fantasia (and the in-game items) for every character vs. buying only one for only one character for 10$ from the shop IIRC. Not a bad deal if you were gonna buy them anyways to race change and play a bunch of characters/alts. Unless there's some kind of awkward restriction only on the fantasia since everything else is for all characters.

    I got my FFXIV original CE Preorder in the mail physically from Amazon but ARR from digital dl because Legacy.

    Anyone know:
    1. is the preorder official SE site open yet? [since pre-ordering is opening monday] or is it going to be in the mogstation? or lodestone?
    2. anyone translating the vid of the liveletter? [sigh I slept through it!]
