CPU temps are never over 40c (monitored by two different software packages) GPU temps never over 51c (monitored) The software monitoring packages both log temps with time stamps and are viewable by day/hour/minute. I have excellent cooling solutions for the CPU and the GPU. Both are water cooled. The CPU has a Kraken on it and the GPU has a water cooler as well. Note: No other games/software show any sort of problems which result in the computer rebooting as it is doing with FFXIV. This includes Crysis 1,2, and 3 and other "video intensive" software. An Nvidia GTX 770 should have no problems running this game, and if this card can't I would hate to think what a lesser card would do......

Thanks for the input I do appreciate it...I have been able to get the game to run after changing some of the setting for it in NCP...now the game runs for as long as 30 minutes or so but seems to crash randomly now with the same problem of a reboot....puzzled now for sure Grrrr..... lol
