    Mine was doing the same thing when I was running nvidia660s
    A lot of FFXIV has stopped working, white screens and reboots

    About a month ago I upgraded to SLI960s and haven't had one crash, just a single cpu reboot for updating running at max settings

    Only thing that changed was my video cards, found it kinda odd

    Was thinking of putting the second card in for SLI...but with this going on I think it would cloud the issue. Everything checks out as far as power supply/board/memory is concerned. The 960's use the same drivers do they not?
