Upgrading from Trial to Standard account is really expensive in mogstation vs Store

hey there everyone. I am asking this on behalf of a friend.
To upgrade from a trial account to standard costs 19 pounds.

But on the EU store its only 9 euros.

Is this some kind of mistake?

Also another question I have if lets say I have level a character to 20. Can I buy a physical copy of the game and input the registration code from it and still continue with my level 20 character? Because physical copy is only 25 dollars where Im at.

Game could be on sale for the store.
If your talking about adding the code to your trial account to make it a stander then yes u will keep your current char that u have lvl up all rdy
