Well if you were paying attention then you would find out that [spoiler]Louisoix is an enthralled primal in the same kin as Shiva, he awakened as a primal due to peoples of eorzeas prayers and some divine intervention from the twelve making the immortal phoenix's beast tribe the playable races of eorzea (and yes this also means technically Louisoix can be resummoned and make a come back[/spoiler]
