Let us play triple triad during duties

It would be great if we could play TT while waiting for cooldowns after wipes.

Everytime you wipe you wait for cooldowns to reset before engaging again? Yikes. I don't have more than 30 secs usually between getting back to the boss and engaging after a wipe after rebuffing etc. Seems not a lot of time for a card game

This is a thoroughly awful idea. How many people would have to suffer through two trolls (most likely a tank and a healer) queuing together and then just standing around and playing TT during the time that they should be going through a dungeon or a raid? It wouldn't be fair to anyone. Way too ripe for abuse.

God no. I dont go into dungeons to wait for 2 people to finish a game of triple triad.

While the idea of having another option to pass the time while waiting for someone to use the bathroom, wait for cooldowns, etc, sounds like a good idea, the fact that troll players exist within the community instantly makes this a bad idea instead. The troll players already have various weapons from existing mechanics that they can abuse (Like a troll Tank player making Titan turn around to use his stronger cone AoE blast on healers as they're standing behind him trying to cast a heal spell. I forgot to add this to my list of Healer Horror stories in the Healer Roles thread area) and make players rage quit while the troll player(s) get their giggles, because they only care about making other players rage.

Allowing Triple Triad matches in dungeons would just give those troll players yet more ammo to work with, and a strong number of them would likely start signing up as Tanks and Healers just to really piss off the honest DPS players. There's also the really impatient players who are known to leave a dungeon the moment someone just simply asks that they need to use the restroom quick, but that's diving into a different matter along with my personal deep grudge against humanity, so lets skip that.

So by end of the day, I'm afraid I'm going to have to decline this idea myself. More or less just for the sake that we don't give the troll players additional ammo to work with.

This idea is akin to allowing drivers to install flat screen tv's on the hood of their vehicles.

It could work if you could play upon completion of a RAID/Dungeon/Trial. I don't think anyone going to actually bother though even if they did add this...
