It's actually way worse, because you need more and more wins to rank up with higher pedigree chocobos, 8, 9, 10 wins. And you can not do it fast, you can just invest a lot of time in it. Only way to make it faster would be the 15% XP buff.

Watch some series, go to tranquil paths (no one ever races there), get matched again 7 NPCs, go afk. Rinse and repeat. Don't do this against real players though, some of them won't like it, and they will let you know. I'm almost doing the same thing I was doing with Atmas, I can't pretend I'm having fun on my 3700th race, "but why race then in the first place?"...because I want my "perfect" P9 chocobo, and that either takes a lot of luck or zillions of breeds.
well i figured you would need many attempts to get all 4 stars with covers, so that would cost a lot of MGP. so far ive been very lucky with covers though, that means my chocobos usually end up with most of the high stars from both of their parents.
Well, you still need to breed high class chocobos - of different gender. I sometimes got the luck for good stats, but those two males just don't want to cuddle.![]()

this game sucks. i can win 1st in the 100 class but get 5th in my own?

Too much RNG means:
pedigree 5 boco will place 3rd to 2nd in his own class. but when i jump up to 120, i win first...
against all the harder NPCs????
