Mod support for PS4 users?

I know that mod support was announced to be in the works for PC users, but is there any word on mod support for PS4 users?

My greatest fear is that we are not going to get some form of support and see the introduction of something like Deadly Boss Mods for PC users that would tell players literally everything in a fight well before it happens. Even if it was made to be against the terms of service, it could very well go the way of parsers in that if you are not caught then nothing happens to you.

Only two things ever come out of MMO mods. Different UI interfaces, which is good, and nude mods... which frankly is quite scary in a game populated by childlike Lalafell. For the latter reason alone I don't think I'd trust myself to visit any modding sites, let alone download anything to plug into my precious MMO experience. The internet is a scary place, which is why my Google safesearch is remaining firmly on.

I have no interest in hacking my PS4. I am asking if there has been any information on support for PS4 users for it, or an equivalent. I also expressed my concern over an exploit that could easily happen, and does happen in another MMO.

I believe they did say they'd try to keep track of the popular add ons, and when possible, they will implement them in the game.
