Log out and log back in of Mog Station - it doesn't like to be refreshed.

Or, log into your game account and at the character selection screen, it should tell you the number of days subscribed at the bottom right.

^this mog station gets messed up on a refresh. Best thing is to click around a few tabs to avoid logging out, also stated, is logging into the game.
