cant get much cuter then a moggle following you around you know you want 1 :PI don't like the idea of a mount/animal/critter as a battle companion (sorry, my adorable Chocobo!). I'd rather have that snooty Elezen I had as a Path Companion in 1.0, or a cute Miqo'te, or a feisty Lala, or a cool Au'ra . . . well, you get the idea. xD
It would be neat if we could use our retainers as companions! We can already gear them and customize their look, and send them to do battle-related errands for us.

I don't trust my retainers as far as I could throw my Curtana - these are people who routinely steal pieces of houses after all and then claim "they found it in their travels". I definitely wouldn't want to trust my well-being to these thieves (it's probably why they're retainers in the first place - they just couldn't cut the mustard as far as being 'real' adventurers goes).![]()

This would be nice. I do miss my companion. I wonder what she's been up to...I just want the Path Companions from version 1.0 to come back - it's the main thing from 1.0 that I miss the most.![]()
Chocobo companions are good and all, but I miss my sultry, bisexual miqo'te GLA companion and her constant thinly veiled come-ons.

I hope our zeta weapons be our new companions.
Lore wise they are now alive
