Problem with Steel Reign FATE (several weeks ago)

Hey firstly I'm sorry if this was the wrong place to post this, the email and chat support told me to contact bug support on the forums and I assume this is the place, I'm not trying to spam or anything.

I'll get to the point; A few weeks ago I was home sick and was able to encounter the FATE with Odin in the South Shroud, this was around 5, 5:30 my time (PA) on the Famfrit server. I was running a Dragoon and partied up with a group that defeated him and I was awarded Gold. I know in the past if you obtained gold you were awarded 5 Odins Mantles. My inventory was NOT full and I never received them or the title, or anything! . I play on the PS4 and have a substandard internet, but its never had consistent severe connection issues.

Normally id write it off as a "oh well, things happen" but I have a fulltime and part-time job (costs of living these days, right?) and still room with someone. I'm not trying to make a sob story I just know how infrequent this FATE is and I'm often not around during the middle of the day/ early evenings when I'm told the FATE happens.

I understand my report to this is late, "Why'd you wait so long to contact us?" and It's honestly my lack of confidence to have the issue fixed. A friend and fellow free company member sent a text to me a few days ago telling me "TENSION IS IN THE AIR" haha and I know that's the indicator of Odin. I was at work, and it frustrated me knowing I was potentially missing out again!

But I digress; I've honestly no idea if you guys have a way to prove or verify my involvement, if it was a weird connection issue on my behalf or whatever. Like I said normally Id say eh my mistake Ill do it next time. But that Odin helmet, I want so bad and I'd love to get the mantles needed. I understand if nothing can be done, I just wanted to express what happened and if you can help.
