    That's basic math yes, but many variables since the rewards are not sequential by the result sum.

    Therefore you can influence your four choices to click to achieve the best possible result for any given day AFTER the RNG of "what layout the numbers are".
    Math pointed out to me that in one ticket I had, the highest available was 360. I confess, in the other examples I did not know untill I saw the (cleared) ticket at the end. It does not take math to tell you whether or not a combination of 123 is available on your ticket however.

    And math does not magically make the right combinations appear. Nor can math tell you the best possible result based on the cleared numbers, as the location of each remaining number is 100% RNG.

    Working out percentages is also basic math based on what you see and what you know is present but unseen compared to what the prize list figures are.

    It's not 100% RNG, the reduction of possible numbers already unlocked from the number pool reduces that to within specific ranges per line. If you know the top number and bottom number but do not know the middle one, you do know what numbers it will not be filling that space because you already unlocked some in which case use mathematics to work out the possibilities based on what numbers are left that might fill that spot. If do that you know what numbers you cannot achieve on the prize list per line and depending on how many and which unlocked you also can figure out which line has the highest chance of winning the most.

    Personally I see no reason to change the current system on the mini lottery. I would rather they fine tune the big lottery so that if pick numbers form left to right for example the draw would reveal the the winning number from left to right in order to make it simpler to understand for people new to it. The top prize per server I am also unclear on how it calculates the bonus per person taking part as there is evidence that the more who take part the lower the top prize bonus actually is compared to servers with lower number of participants. I think SE should clear that up to so people can understand why that is.

    I think they need to adjust the rewards for the mini games (not including either lottery in that), adjust the prize tiers and add actual tiers to the triad tournaments, adjust and balance the rewards for the GATES plus seriously look at the triad card selling refund get for duplicates and adjust the prize you get for duplicate cards sold. But both the small and big lottery in general I am fine with prize wise and I haven't done enough tiers of chocobo racing to form a satisfactory opinion on that yet.
