Mini-Lottery: Maybe a BIT more fairness?

The trick I use is when know 1, 2 or 3 is not in the same row then go for highest number combination possible to at least get more than put in to buying the ticket. I am fine with it currently despite knowing most of the tickets I buy haven't gave me a chance of gaining 10k. If they were to make every ticket a possible winning ticket I think they should also in that situation double the size of the tickets and double the amount of number combinations but keep the amount of number unlocks prior to picking a row the same as it is now. You can't allow for a situation where your basically just giving everyone 10k a day just because they know some basic maths, there has to be an element of luck and chance on lotteries else it undermines the principle of the lottery itself.
