Really? Do people even know what rng is? You have to make a whole new thread, on top of the 50 threads that already exist on the subject, to have people explain that rng is rng. Nothing anyone can tell you will be anything more than anecdotal and devs rarely discuss drop rate percentages all they ever say is its been increased.

Is anyone else experiencing a seemingly decreased drop rate on these mounts since 2.51 or has this just been really bad luck the entire week?

I ran them all years ago and got all the mounts, but I don't recall it being too terrible. In HW I remember 8 level 60 (or at least > level 50) Tank groups grinding Garuda for the Tank achievements and her mount (and the black Nightmare one) dropping left and right, and I soloed some at 70 to get the ones I hadn't gotten and don't remember them being hard to get. Since they drop from the chests, being unsynced don't matter.

Did they nerf the drop rate since then or something? I was unaware of it if so...and I got mine at various stages from 2.5 to 4.4 or somewhere there abouts.

Lol, that explains the oddly specific reference to 2.51. XD Saw the Hrothgar face as the OP and it didn't even occur to me it could be that old. XD

Well, the drop rate was significantly lower when this topic was posted, and these were being done synced.
