Pre-order Heavensward?

With Heavensward release date will we be able to pre-order the digital collector's edition shortly? ^^

I don't want to keep worrying about not getting my copy and not getting my early access(I need to be Au Ra at the earliest possible time!)

I couldn't watch the PAX panel because I'm in Australia so the panel happened when I was sleeping . Still waiting on the VOD to be released ^^.
