-Leves arent broken, sometimes i had trouble doing leves especially at nanawa mines because the mobs were spawned in areas infested with high level mobs or NM, well that was pre patch i've been leveling thm there lately and didnt have any trouble, sometimes spawn in rooms with aggresive mobs but soloable if you're good. Now if you want an easy quest type like WoW, "Oh yeah go kill five wolfs r5 as r45 and get 100k sp for completing that" well you are in the wrong game, i like having a hard time doing stuff in game because it adds self achievement, and i dont think im the only one, everything can be done with tactics.

- I agree that mobs should be a little bit harder to kill or at least encourage people to kill several mobs at the same time, Oh wait they are actually adding that stuff, if you dont know that, read the lodestone.

-You think that the armor and weapons available right now are the best ultra magnificent end game equipment we will have for years? No, they are the best no, i even think that the crafted items right now are far better than several new gear there like alpine war jacket, looks really impressive but the stats for an archer are not the best once the stats function properly, i think bowman's tunic have better stats than that piece, i do believe that faction leves items should be a lot better because all the points you spent to get the chance to have it or add a good effect for having the complete set, but i dont mind if they leave it like that, as long as they add more gear there.

-Now about raids, well ive done several times the rank 45+ dungeon with different classes around, yes they need to improve a few things but right now if the player knows how to move in battle can avoid AoE damage, i even think that marauder is a pretty good tank for batraal, or grab skeletons, theres an easy all the way formula with ranged classes but that doesnt mean that is impossible to be done with close melee jobs, you only have to skill yourself up.

-Theres gonna be fairly a lot of gil sinks in game after patch 1.20, i know they already figured out with materia system implementation, chocobos, airships, repair system, and who knows what else.

There you go, im done with this thread.
autoattack is insignificant to the battle system compared to having stats that actually matter. Once they make stats have an effect, and release specific jobs for each class, they will have to rebalance every mob in the game and the entire raid, thus wasting time.

Leves -ARE- broken. There are countless threads on this. Thats why they are sticking in "coeurl step". And the new leve system is built for speed. You get rewarded if you finish it fast. But you can't finish certain leves fast due to a ton of agro mobs eating you at the leve location. Further, a lot of faction leves have mobs spawn right in the middle of a bunch of agro mobs so you need a team to do them unless you are really lucky.

Just because they say they are adding stuff doesn't mean it will work. If it takes SEVEN months just to implement auto-attack why would you have any faith that they can implement a balanced battle system in 2 months.

How do you know what stats are good for an archers since stats have almost 0 effect on the game after a certain point at the moment. The 30ish peice from the fungus NM is the best armor for DD'ing as arc because it actually gives you atk and acc.

A lnc or pug will not outdamage and archer and will die easily if they dont move. So how is that balanced? Pro's switch jobs halfway through (ex, arc first half, mrd second)

They said that chocobos wont cost much so count that out as a gil sink, materia is mainly crafting so i doubt that will be a significant gil sink, the current repair system in no way sinks out more gil than leves bring in gil. Maybe airships... but i seriously doubt they will be crazy expensive or no one will take them.
