It won't be. Because it's hard to make a good healer set unisex looking because you generally have the dressy type thing and
typically females are healers/supports in games and such. SCH looks like complete ass. Looks nothing SCH or gentlemenly AT ALL.
WHM looks nun-ish, but eh...it's cute on a Lala. I love PLD/BLM/BRD.
SCH, my main class got shafted...worst one in the bunch.

I'm not a blm by trade (career monk myself) but I really like the blm's look personally. As for the others against my personal drg prejudice the af looks nice bard looks great warrior and pld look quite nice to me. Monk looks great. Scholar seems to be controversial but I really like it, summoner looks great. Only slightly disappointed with nin af because there's just not much of a change but for what it is it looks quite nice.... did I miss any... ah yeah the whm gear looks quite nice think I"ll finally level up mine up and see if I'll like it on males.

Ican get friendly with them all. I'm a person who isn't really that picky. I like it, really. I like the BLM even though I disliked evenstar. I love the WHM one.
