    multiples of 3 on whistle affect the potency of rapid syn. @ 9 stack I got 20% increase in rapid syn potency (300%) exactly. I suspect it keeps going up. best way to test whistle i find is with dyes (at least with quality ).

    whistle stacks of 3 affect all progress skills and no quality skill (simply based on stacks). Stacks of 9, 6, or 3 do not have any variance among themselves ( meaning whether u got 9 stacks 6 stacks or 3 stacks the following buffs are the same)

    careful syn 2 : 40%
    std syn: 33%
    rapid syn: 20%

    (again it doesnt matter if its 9 stacks or 6 or 3; youll still get the exact buff).
