Can't locate Squall Leonhart Card

I completed the achievement of defeating 30 NPCs in TT, but I can't locate the reward card Squall Leonhart. Is there some NPC that I need to pickup the reward from?

You need to go to Gridania and talk to the dude who gives you achievement rewards.... I forget his name..

NPC Name: Jonathas, Master of the Rolls
Purpose: Achievements Rewards NPC
Location: Apkallu Falls, Old Gridania
Coordinates: X 10, Y 6

All achievement items can be collected from that guy, if you have more than one item which you have unlocked but not yet collected keep telling him new stories and he will give you the items one by one which you have unlocked.
