Alright, strap yourselves in for another whine about the Eternal Bond system:

I purchased a Promise of Devotion (platinum) from the Mogstation and started the process for the eternal bond ceremony with a friend, no times were available that would have worked by the time we completed it, and weeks go by without being able to grab a time. That's not an issue, there wasn't a rush to get it done as far as I knew.

Then my friend decides to let their subscription expire with no plan of returning. Oh well. I think to myself that I'll just go cancel the quest, have my bracer refunded so I can go try again. Nope. No luck there. The item is lost forever when the quest is cancelled.

This I take issue with, only because the service is something you're expected to pay real money for. If you sell a service in-game, and something comes up that prevents you from receiving the service you should either be refunded the item, or credited for the purchase so you can buy it again.

I spent weeks going back and forth with GMs about a restoration and after three weeks they told me there was nothing they could do. I'm just frustrated that I'm out $20.00 with no mount to show for it.
