I'm going to go with the second one, it's same as the one on the wikia. Not official I understand, but a wikia is a bit better than nothing.

It has to be the 2nd one. No way is the card so OP compared to the rest of the cards available

All strong cards usually have one weak side. The card on the left would almost too powerful of a card to have.

I can see it now and the first Card (as others have said) is way to powerfull, so probably the second one
