Ok thanks for your help I think I decided on

Sword: 22 det 22 acc 9 crit
shield: maybe 9 det 13 crit or 13 acc 9 det or 13 det 9 acc

Not too sure on shield lol

Also I just got my shield animus but still working on shield. ..I can't start the next step until both are on the same step right?

You can split the stats 3 ways and not have to use any tier IV materia.

Use accuracy until no more tier III will fit, then det, then crit.

Are you starved for acc at all without it on your shield?

Acc becomes a problem when you get DW legs or are using WoD chest. Poetic tanks are swimming in ACC.

I have a similar setup (shield 11det/15 crit, sword 35 acc/22 det/7 crit). I don't have a problem with accuracy aside from having to switch from the WoD body to the poetics body for T12 and 13. I'm fine for everything else.
