Macros and Gearsets?

So I was trying to clean up my UI today when it hit me that there are currently 21 classes in the game, and 3 more on the way in Heavensward. I really enjoy being able to instantly equip a certain class at the press of a button, so instead of having to open the Character Menu, click the "Gear Set List", scroll down to the class, and right-click on "Equip Set", I prefer to have all my gearsets on hotbars. With 21 classes, thats a lot of buttons across 2 hotbars so I was trying to find a way to condense all those gearsets down to just 1 hotbar.

I found what I thought was a brilliant gem in the text commands, the "/hotbar" command. This command allows you to swap hotbars in and out for other hotbars, and also add specific abilities to specific hotbars at will. I figured that with this I could create macros that would create new hotbars over a single existing one, allowing me to have access to all my gearsets with just 1-2 button presses on a single bar. I was disappointed to discover you cannot add Macros or Gearsets to hotbars via this command. I understand why you can't add macros, as it could allow automation, but I don't see why you can't do this with gearsets, like {/hotbar "gearset13" 3 6} would in theory add your 13th gearset to the 6th slot of hotbar 3.

I guess I'll stick with my double hotbar for now, but how do some of you guys handle all the gearsets in your UI?
