I payed for the full game 24.99...got a free 30 day subscription I was happy.

I decided I'd buy an extra time card for 90 days at 41.00.

read subscription under account said I had 4 months. I was really happy

I refreshed page......says I have a 0 day subscription #pissed.

went to payment history...says I only bought the full game and not the 90 days knowing full well I punched in all my information and saw on my subscription under my account in the mog station stating that I had 4 months -__- how do I handle an issue that hasn't been detected? -_-

Log out and log back in of Mog Station - it doesn't like to be refreshed.

Or, log into your game account and at the character selection screen, it should tell you the number of days subscribed at the bottom right.

^this mog station gets messed up on a refresh. Best thing is to click around a few tabs to avoid logging out, also stated, is logging into the game.

Ok so after a bunch of retracing steps lemme just size it down to one question guys.

(also Nuyu11: I appreciate the obvious answer but that requires waiting around in a metaphorical line to be helped which requires waiting and I don't wanna wait in a line to fix something that should take about 3 minuets to fix.)

Question: I accidentally bought the version of the game for Windows. How do I switch it from Windows to PS3? If I still need to go to customer service for this issue I will but if it can be fixed as easily as going to a drop menu I'd rather just figure that out here.

If were only that easy! Of course it isn't... /sadface

I think you will wind up having to buy the version you need, I can't recall anyone successfully having the versions switched. BUT... it doesn't hurt to ask of course and that requires speaking to SE support. (And... I could be very wrong about the switching of game codes for a different platform... /maybeface)

Each version of the game has a separate license or code, so you have to be doubly careful when buying a game code. Luckily, the subscription time is shared across all devices, so after you buy or get your hands on a valid PS3 version, you'll still have your time from the game time card you got.

You will need to buy a new copy of the game for ps3. Good news is this usually costs less than a 30 day subscription and you will have an additional 30 days free added to your account.
