True, i just wish i could order it from NA store i wouldnt care paying $20+ for shipping still alot cheaper then buying it from ebay and the like for x2 or even x4 of the price and hope you dont get scammed out of your money

Just got this from the official website:

When will the sum be debited from my account?

You will be charged immediately after we confirm your purchase. For pre-orders however, you will be contacted a few days before shipping and will be reminded that your account will be debited.

So technically, you never bought something yet and you never wasted any money either since the pre-order keeps getting pushed back. I'm sorry that your plushie keeps getting pushed back but that's the nature of pre-orders. Sometimes they are pushed back multiple times. However, until they actually give the green, your money remains your own and you can cancel the order until it's on sale in the store outright.
