You check the prices of materia and buy the ones that sell for more on the other server, that's it. People who are saying to buy vendor trash items have no idea what they're talking about.

Actually depends on the server. When I transferred recently I ended up going from a mid- populated server to a legacy server, there was very little on the new server that was selling for around the same price as on my old server and next to nothing selling for higher. I depended on npc-ables to move my Gil. No it's not ideal, but you guys are talking like it's the easiest thing to snatch up materia and sell it for more on the new server and it really depends on each server's economy and how stable it is, and how much competition is in your chosen market.
why do you care? if you dont want to move, you dont have to. stop acting like a drama queen. You know what I dislike, more than any amount of RMT gil spam? Players deciding to make lvl 1 characters to advertise their FC's on other servers, to try and get people to transfer. and people on the forum doing the same.
No, I don't want to transfer to the JP datacenter. Stop asking.
That is all.
if you bothered to read the rest of the thread, I said exactly why I dislike them. They caused drama, that forced me to have to deal with it. These arent RMT Bots, these are real players, who cause a hell of a lot mmore problems.
My purpose of making this thread, is to highlight just how invasive and harassing this kind of spam is, to attempt to discourage further players from thinking its a productive idea. its many, many times worse than RMT.
I've seen people advertise their FC in raid runs that are mixed servers such as WoD. I just find it amusing.
lol you sound like a 5 year old school girl. "dont steal my friends" gtfo. no body cares about you not liking others trying to recruit more ppl. really alls im saying is, they are not cheating, they pay the monthly fee just like you. so why does what they do bother you? grow up.if you bothered to read the rest of the thread, I said exactly why I dislike them. People joining a fc, just to attempt to convince the members of the fc to transfer servers and join a different fc is pretty bad.lol you sound like a 5 year old school girl. The same applies (but to a lesser degree) to those that create new characters on a server, in an attempt to essentially sell character transfers ("if you character transfer and join our fc, we'll give you a free run through X").
I don't think it's that much of a problem, because it's more likely that the fc would give itself a bad image. Keep the goings of the server, on that server.
But what I don't get, is you insulting the OP in such a manner. The OP finds such advertising annoying. Other people seem to agree, judging from the "likes". To claim that "nobody cares" is simply wrong. Why does it bother you that the OP is annoyed by something that is annoying?
