I'm going to make something clear: I'm currently sitting at the final phase of Turn 11. I have never had a static. Every first clear of Turn 5 onwards wasn't even with members of my FC - it was with general PF learning/clear groups. And also months behind, so I went through the same issue you did. Get practice, make connections, and keep trying. You're not the only one out there who needs Turn (x) cleared. And while it sucks to say, finding whatever method you're going to need to get your clear - joining an FC or LS a static or just getting the courage to start regularly PFing - is a social aspect you're going to need to attack the later content as well.

And before someone goes "Well you've got your clear what business is it to you that there's no parties like this" I'm regularly jumping into Turn 5/9 learning and clear parties to help people out.

As a moment of reprise, OP, they already said a while ago that Coil won't be needed to progress into Alexander. But I'd still expect a progression lock.
