It does seem a tricky situation. If you haven't yet, I would suggest you look more into the FCs on your server (it's supposed to be the biggest EU server isn't it, surely there are many kinds of FCs available?) and maybe even widen your search into other servers. If you are interested in raiding, it's best to find a community that supports that.
