So basically you're saying that you would only accept people that have formed and lead raids in your own raid, and that if i am not capable to lead a raid i am not capable to perform the role of a member as well. That's a bit elitist,no?I have personally never understood anyone who would want to get their win by paying instead of actually beating the fight. As Coil leader I would also never accept a person who has bought their win as a member (and I know this from all our members having gained their wins in our events). You can say the challenge is not being able to perform your role but finding 7 others who are able to perform theirs as well. However, if you're not capable of finding or gathering a capable group and keeping it together long enough to beat this fight, it's not likely you'll have better success in any future content either. There are a lot of players who are still missing this win and are motivated to do it.

Why would you? What's the point of progressing if you're just going to get carried? It's an MMO, is the destination really more important than the journey?
I don't understand people who buy their way out of raid content. I mean...it's not like you're buying your way into easier territory, you're going to run into the exact same issue with no circle of players to help you tackle the new content.
Hmmm not only Fc also make friends, make friends, make friends. DF it (got to P4 after multi kill xp with a random group... if one monk and the whm wouldnt have been clue less and had asked for advice >.<).
Announce yourself as possible static member (be willing to start with a group in P2 maybe?). Get raid linkshells.
I personally am the type to join trainings groups... but gotta agree last "training p4" people actually had no clue on early phases I rofld a little when they placed meteors on each other and stood under the second heavensfall or even got pushed in wall at the first.... If a lot of people do faults its not worth advicing... they'd end up calling me flamer.
As others mentioned... find people that are actually "willing" to help if they are a little less xp than you have the kill or are at same spot wont matter as long as you all get the team going
Cheap on your server lol...Thing is-why should i not pay the 3 million and just be done with it?Then i won't have the magical "100 sold tag of shame"over my head each time i go in the dungeon and be able to join actual groups of skilled people that farm the content and proving my worth there-if i botch they're free to kick me.Why should i shackle myself on trying to be a leader(when i'm a bad one)where i can just cough the money up and try to be the best grunt i can and just learn the tactic and follow orders?
I say pride, the pride to have gotten a firsttime kill with others.
You must know my first kill was with 6 kill xp ppl it was wow. Then I killed with static. You see those 7 messages for achievement pop its WOW REALLY GREAT I LOVE YOU GUYS
But thats different points of view. Do what you feel comfy with.

Erm I suggest you re-read Taika's post, that isn't what he said at all?
He said he wouldn't accept anyone in his static that only had the clear from buying it, nothing about they had to be a raid leader?
Ok then!As i have said before i have posted a request in my own realm forum looking for a static,in Reddit's recruitment forum looking for a static, and occasionally ask around in the PF and Mor Dhona stat for a static.8 days of searching have yielded NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.Tell me then how to find a group of like minded people and progress through that fight without becoming a leader and setting up my own static then.I'm waiting.
It does seem a tricky situation. If you haven't yet, I would suggest you look more into the FCs on your server (it's supposed to be the biggest EU server isn't it, surely there are many kinds of FCs available?) and maybe even widen your search into other servers. If you are interested in raiding, it's best to find a community that supports that.Ok then!As i have said before i have posted a request in my own realm forum looking for a static,in Reddit's recruitment forum looking for a static, and occasionally ask around in the PF and Mor Dhona stat for a static.8 days of searching have yielded NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.Tell me then how to find a group of like minded people and progress through that fight without becoming a leader and setting up my own static then.I'm waiting.
Regardless of how one feels about paying for a clear, it seems like a waste of gil unless you actually have plans to do FCOB after. I imagine that a lot of people who feel unable to clear T9 with their own parties pay to get it out of the way and then find themselves stuck on T10 due to the same issue (no static party).
Actually you're right, I very much doubt you will find a static. Buy your clear
Turn 9 is about the level where playing with randoms makes it very hard to progress. The mechanics are a bit tighter than others, and it requires alot of coordination.
You don't NEED a static, but at the very least you need people from your server that you know are at a specific level to progress and carry others.
Finding people who will manage the Fire and Thunder correctly seems like the biggest hurdle for those needing to clear who lack their own static group. It's probably the easiest mechanic to wipe your entire party with short of dropping meteors incorrectly in the first two phases.Turn 9 is about the level where playing with randoms makes it very hard to progress. Oh, and Divebomb placement. Almost forgot about that one lol.
