Square's SD on their RNG is absurdly large. It takes a very large pool of players indeed.

RNG is RNG just keep grinding away at them and you'll eventually get them. Shiva took me between 25-30 hours which was the worst of them all so far. Though I'm now grinding Onion Knight so who knows how thatll be

How in the nine circles of hell do you have Vaan already? I've been trying really hard to get in all of my Roulette matches and I'm still only at 40 or so.

NPCs can get roulette rule via regional rules. Baradon had it and i spent ~3-4 hours grinding it out for 300 wins

You can also do this with another player, if you can find someone willing to play that many matches against you. The MGP will be crap, but you can just put Roulette as your rule set and each game counts.

Well yes, but if your just after the achievement card it's faster to burn through the roulette regional rule npc, then against players.

Very true. Is there always an NPC available that has this regional rule every day? Serious question, I'm usually only flipping between the NPC's that have cards I still need at the moment. I haven't really went out to play the guys I already farmed to see if they had these rules.
