    Very true. Is there always an NPC available that has this regional rule every day? Serious question, I'm usually only flipping between the NPC's that have cards I still need at the moment. I haven't really went out to play the guys I already farmed to see if they had these rules.

    Don't know. Friend told me their was somewhere online where it's posted. He told me the <pos> which ended up being Baderon and I spent hours grinding it out to complete the card.
