TContrast with FF13, where the game makes nnnnooooooooooooo attempt to ensure the player knows what the hell its talking about...or ever makes us actually care. By the time i got to the end of FFXIII, I honestly just didn't care. "Save cocoon? Oh, you mean the a-holes that's literally been trying to kill me the whole game??"

Agreed. XIII was a huge angst pit in a world that was literally like a series of hallways.
At least it made more sense then XIII-2 or 3... >3>

You know, if it happened I wouldn't be suprised. I mean there's already a cross game event with Dragon Quest, and Theaterythem just got Chrono Trigger, and Saga tunes. Maybe when they introduce the Samurai class, the relic will be the almighty RAINBOW sword lol.

I also would like Squalls outfit at some stage. Especially with gunslingers coming out soon, the combination of Squalls outfit plus Squalls Gunblade on my future gunslinger character would be epic. I would also like a FF8 event in game featuring Squall, Rinoa and others from it. Cloud>Squall>Zidane in terms of their storylines and outfit/weapons plus my enjoyment of each game relative to each other.

I honestly miss THF AF from FFXI (probably the closest thing to Zidane's outfit). And no, the ROG class model isn't the same. The pants and footwear are fine, but the body is lacking on the look that I miss. The bandana is okay too, I suppose.

I'd looove to see a Zidane or Vaan outfit in the game!

I guess they are starting with the most popular outfits first, though. Let's just wait for our moment of glory! ... But I doubt those outfit would fit well with the physique of most races in this game
