RNG without safeguards is a blight. The more someone keeps failing, the closer they should inch towards success - it's not right that someone gets lucky on their first run and somebody else runs 97 Wanderer's Palace (met someone in DF who was at that many) without getting their drop.

Some people claim that without RNG, there would be no "sense of accomplishment". I ask you, what the hell have you "accomplished" when all you did was get lucky? People who worked much harder than you have the same, if not more of a right to be rewarded as well.
