Issue with "In Spite of it All"

This is an atma FATE in the Central Shroud required by the Book of Skywind I atma book. We know that the atma FATEs have been adjusted to occur at a greater frequency, however this one mustn't have as I've been waiting over half an hour already with nothing. I waited quite a while this morning too... In fact, I haven't seen it pop for a long time when it used to be relatively often up as I ran past.

Any other experiences of the frequency of this particular FATE since 2.5?

Well it popped, over an hour after I started waiting. It might be worth noting that this is still on a long timer.

I had no issue with the fate and it popped twice for me in a short time (less than 2 hours between)

It's one of the atma book fates that were recently adjusted. They should pop about every 30 minutes. It should have

(phone went funny) It should have popped about 4 times in the two hours you mentioned. They used to be hours apart but aren't meant to be now.
