    Desynthesis decreasing? Quick question to find out if it is a bug

    A quick question since I'm a bit confused.

    Didn't they recently patch the game where when doing desynthesis you wouldn't not face a decrease penalty on other classes until all were at 100?

    I am currently at 60 LTW and I'm noticing my other classes getting a decrease during desynth.

    Losing Desynth Skill Points
    With patch 2.5, you will no longer lose desynth skill points while under the combined cap of 350.00. Rejoice!

    Can't level em all, got to pick and choose which ones you want. Current cap is 110, with total of 350 across all desynth classes
