Another method of obtaining Zidane and Warrior of Light cards?

I'm actually hoping for more card packs in the future as they introduce more new TT cards.

Grinding Trials and Dungeons are one way and TT challenge NPCs are nice but having a few exclusives in each section does serve its purpose being certain TT cards as exclusives for certain section of the game.

Honestly I don't disagree with what they are saying just find your reply a bit funny given that they are discussing a game that involves a bit of the two things you mentioned them not liking. I do agree that it couldn't hurt adding a alternate way of obtaining said items, but I also agree that it has only been a week. Why does everything have to be get it in a week or two and if you don't, complain that you can't?

NPC's and trial cards could use pseudo-rng fix though. It's really not cool when random person plays a handful of games at best and gets the super rare card while another guy spends hours and still doesn't get it. The same applies to the gold triad cards. I've probably spent close to 200k on them soon and I don't have WoL or Zidane and the returns for selling the cards aren't even 10% on the 4* you can get. Meanwhile I know of some that at least got one or the other within 20k MGP.

It just leads to frustration and this form of RNG is exceedingly bad imo because MGP can also be used for other things and the longer it takes to get something because of RNG, the more MGP others who get lucky can spend on other things. If they want to keep this RNG, at least add some form of market board in Gold Saucer for TT cards and MGP. I'll be more than willing to sell some NPC/Trial rare cards for a cheap few thousands.

It's more like they want to keep content relevant, It would be pretty lame, if someone could get everything in the span of one spammed day. Yes, RNG can be in favor of someone. But I'd rather have the RNG and have people still constantly playing triple triad, instead of get one and done

This entire set of sentences is wrong.

RNG means someone can complete it in a day; but also means that someone could NEVER complete it.

As for 'people keep playing it' - people aren't playing TT against other players for cards; there doing it for their daily 5 wins. It doesn't really impact you AT ALL if no one else on the server plays it or not. It's not like you get a bonus or a lower queue time because someones babysitting an npc for drops.

Been keeping track of all of the Gold Trial Packs I've bought since day one. Thus far:

Baderon Tenfingers 6
Mother Miounne 5
Momodi Modi 5
Ultima Weapon 4
Gerolt 6
Cid Garlond 2

The struggle continues. I love Triple Triad, but I definitely hate this. If I'd have kept all of the MGP I'd saved instead of spending it on something that seems like a 5% chance at a good card, I'd have a good portion of the new minions or Setzer gear. At this point I'm just continuing to buy packs out of spite because I feel like I deserve one of the two cards.
