I start by making the dough for my carrot cake.

Then while baking I made fondant, and after baking I cut it out in the shape of a Cactuar.

With fondant.

With some blue and yellow fruit colour mixed to make more green.

And the final few additions of chocolate eyes, mouth and hair.
