1. you want to censor or delete those images. they may almost all be gil spammers, but if even one is a legit player, that's naming and shaming, and against the rules.

2. if you are waiting for characters to be deleted, you are going to be waiting forever. when SE bans gil seller accounts, they don't delete the character names, so that the names cannot be abused again.

3. I don't even know why you blacklist them. the average gil seller makes a new character every 4 seconds, so likely none of those ever even sent you a second tell ever.
