    well, i guess some worlds are just full of trolls while others are seemingly perfect. getting penalized for another persons action(s) is very dis-heartening. i just don't like having to be skittish of helping random people. if it is just one person, then you know who the troll is. it is obviously obvious. i don't mind trying to help a single person, but if they are with a friend or something... i am not even going to try. ( unless i have interactions with the players ) either Light/Full Party, or nothing. IMO, this is a terrible thing for a player to make a habit of while playing an MMORPG. but the system makes this type of non-helpful behavior more common. people aren't always willing to stick their neck out and take the risk of being trolled.
