Getting the message ''No valid account is available''

Hello! So, today I tried to log in on my account, but every time I try I only get the message ’’No valid service account is available to play Final fantasy: xiv… ’’. The message also states that it may not work if I had been playing on a free trial account - which I haven’t. I have purchased the real deal, and I have been playing it a lot recently, and never got this message. Does anyone know anything about this that can help me?

Try logging into the Mogstation ( https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation ) if you haven't already, but at a guess I would say your subscription has run out (were you on the initial 30 days that come free?) and you just need to add more game time.
