Thread: T13 Farm recruiting exceptional melee for now and 3.0 progression.

Aeonic Legacy Team 1 is recruiting a melee dps (NIN or MNK preferred, but we are willing to take a dragoon or bard if you show excellence in your job) in anticipation of 3.0. Our current focus is farming FCoB with a main and and alt group. This team was responsible for server third T13 clear, 4 raid nights after a merger.

Raid schedule:
Our schedule is pretty flexible, each week we pick a few days to raid and take it from there; during progression weekdays we will typically start at 6:30 EST and end at 11:00 EST, going later if we are almost downing content. Also, we are currently relaxed at the moment with content on farm. This will change when 3.0 drops. We’re NOT a group that’s going to take time off work and login when servers go live to start progression. However, we WILL put in extra time during progression and have possible raid on weekends to down content. Our goal is to use the time we have to play efficiently.

The ideal candidate:
• Has exceptional attendance, is able to notify group in advance if unable to attend.
• Can use TS3, and is able to communicate effectively over voice in "stressful" situations.
• Embraces criticism and is able to see their own mistakes and correct them.
• Is willing to participate in team/FC events outside of raid.
• Can work effectively in a team environment.
• Has strong adaptability and provides inputs on raid strategies as needed.
• Has a good attitude and is in it for the long term.
• Already has or is willing to level an alt, if you do not have an alt, we do not expect one immediately and you can rest assured we will do everything in our power to help you with one, but keep in mind that the alt is mandatory.

We’re less interested in what you have done and more interested in what you're capable of doing. If you haven't cleared T13 that's not a problem, as long as you're willing and able to learn. If you prove to us you have what it takes not only will you be successful raiding in 3.0, you’re going to have a lot of fun doing it.
