(S)he still has very good reason to rant about this. Their official reply is more insulting than their initial mega-flub of the tourney. "We know ppl are rigging the tourney like crazy, but we are keeping the structure the same for a month b/c we don't want to disappoint those who are hoping to win a card by rigging the game like crazy."
