Thanks for the response! Yes that is what I am working on now. Once all of the hard modes and raids are unlocked for me what is the next step that you might recommend for getting some good raid gear?

As you complete each of the HM dungeons you will be able to gear yourself out to near i100 pretty quickly.
SOL and Allied Seals can also be easily obtained by joining HUNTs. Allied seals can used buy further i100 gear or use them to purchase Blood-spattered Mark logs (BSML).
2 BSML = Oil of Time - upgrade accessories from i100 to i110
3 BSML = Sands of Time - upgrade gear from i100 to i110
Crystal Tower (CT) has 3 parts:
CT1 - Labryinth of the Ancients
CT2 - Syrcus Tower
CT3 - World of Darkness

Both Oil and Sands can be obtained from CT2. Also, get an Unidentified Tombstone from CT2 to purchase i100 weapon and use a Sands to upgrade to i110.
CT3 provides 1 i120 gear drop per week.

The new capped currency is Poetics, those are used to purchase i120 gear and accessories.
A weekly quest of completing all 3 parts of the Crystal Tower grants 1 upgrade from i120 to i130 for Poetics gear.

I wouldn't suggest speed running or going crazy, Soldiery is really easy to get if you just play regularly, I cap so frequently now. Plus each section of the Crystal Tower now gives 100 Soldiery, and there is a weekly quest to complete each part, in order to get ironworks upgrade materials. So if you work on the main story and "slowly, but as soon as possible, unlock all CT parts, you'll be caught up in no time.
