Don't understand why everybody is the opinion, VR Headset shall be only good for first person view.

I think it will be in third person view nice too. You still have some advantages:

- stereoscopic view
- "big" virtual screen

and when head trackinng would be supported, you could change the angle of your view.

VR headsets will be like most other "newer" technologies, it will be cool at that moment but nothing will actually be done with it.
I foresee maybe 1 or 2 games and that is it tbh

You are confusing new technologies with Nintendo's gimmicks. :3

Seriously though, it could be a fad like LOLmotioncontrol or it could be the next big thing like the radios, telephones, and TV.

Meh, screw Oculus. Completely lost interest when Facebook bought it out. Sony all the way for me. I just hope its not just compatible with Sony consoles, even if its not 3D.

whats lineage had said, most requests claimed the chocobo heads were in the wa when raiding the chocobo, and when you are fighting this included animations like dragon kick or etc, where your head would fly around due to the animation of the character, so the first person was reworked into the screenshot friendly thing it is now. though there have been requests to bring back the early beta first person mode, :c

I'm not sure the release date, but from what I heard the progress is almost complete.
So we can play FF14 with this?

The release date is first half 2016 at the moment, no exact date yet. Doubt it will play FF14 from the start though, that depends purely on if Square wants to support it or not.
