Name of ISP you use to connect to the Internet.

Type of Internet Connection:
Specify the type of connection. (dial-up, DSL, CATV, Optic Fiber, Other)

Internet Connection Speed:
Specify the speed of internet connection. (Example: 768Kbit/s, 5Mbit/s)

Date & Time:
Date and time of when the issue occurred. Please be sure to state the time zone of your region. (Example: Pacific Time = PST/PDT)

Area and Coordinates:
Area and map coordinates where the issue occurred.


Unfortunately, the development team is unable to use links to videos as part of their investigation, since videos can be manipulated, which is why we require that reports are submitted in written form. I understand that some of the information that we request may seem superfluous, but I can assure you that all pieces of information that you provide greatly increase the development team's ability to try to recreate what you have experienced, and possibly find a solution, if the matter is found to be an issue with the game.
