Fix Triple Triad NPC rewards ratio.

So I was just farming Hab for the last 190 minutes, started at 8:50pm PST, stopped at 12:00AM PST, played matches 99.9 percent of the time, got 100 wins, give or take 2 or 3 either way, and I only got 8 cards. 3 Thancred, and 5 Godbert... That is not right! I get collecting the cards is meant to take time, but 100 wins for 8 cards is a TERRIBLE reward ratio, let along the fact no Hildibrands dropped.

I had to fight him around 350 wins to get Hildebrand. It is a 5 star card so its drop rate is pretty low.

As for the other cards, I usually get more than that in 100 wins, seems the RNG was not liking you. You only need 1 of each though to collect them, so extras are just a bit of MGP for you to add on to the MGP you get as reward for winning/drawing.

I think MGP fodder (including selling cards) the best NPC to fight is Imperial. You can get high win rate if you know the strategy and he drops cards frequently so it adds on to the MGP making him the best to farm.
