    Latest info i know of from August 2014 from a Yoshi-P Interview is that it is in early planning phase...
    Maybe with heavensward.. but yeah it's time.

    Not only mudras suffer from it, casters in movement heavy fights say hi; when you stopped moving, the castbar starts for 0,5 sec and is then interupted because you were not in synch.
