Less Memorization - More Reaction? (Trials/Raids/Bosses)

i will be blunt, what it's important? world first or the fun and challenge the fight will offer for the next 3-6 month?
because that what bother me with the heavy caretaking about the hardcore and such.... who really care of the world first? if a raid have all the time at end for 1-2 week they will make it, but another team that can't gather him team for even one day can simply be put out of the "competition"

i'm sorry but this story of world first is a bullshit! it don't take out the fact that the player that have done it are good, but often this world first is simply because this player have tons of time at hand for do it. it's not only skill that determine who will get the world first but really the time they can invest into the game.
