Too little info, what weapon are you doing?
If it is healer - you can't meld mind to it - primary stats + vit are carried over from the weapon itself.
You would be looking at PIE/DET/CRIT/Spell Speed/Accuracy as melds

DET caps at 31 - after every 7-8 materia you will increase in the tier of materia you need to meld it.

so say the first 8 materia will be tier I, and then next 7-8 materia will be tier II

CRIT/PIE/Spell Speed caps at 44 - every 11 materia increases tier
